Common questions
What counts as a seat?
Each person on your team (attorney, paralegal, or admin) who has a login counts as one seat. The firm admin is included in the seat count.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your firm settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
How does the free trial work?
Every new firm gets 14 days of full access. Your card is only charged after the trial ends. You can cancel before then with no charge.
Do solo attorneys need a firm account?
No. Solo attorneys can sign up directly without creating a firm. The Solo plan is designed for individual practitioners who don't need team features.
Is client data secure?
Yes. All intake data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use row-level security to ensure firm data is strictly isolated between firms.
